A: There's no specific age limit for the Trees of Many Colors Tour! It’s great for families, so kids are welcome. Just be sure they can handle a 5-hour tour and enjoy being outdoors. Some parents bring snacks and games for younger kids to keep them entertained.
A: Definitely dress in layers! Mornings can be chilly in October, but it warms up as the day goes on. A light jacket and comfortable shoes are best, since you’ll be walking a bit. Don’t forget your camera for the views!
A: Weather can be unpredictable in the Smokies, especially in October. While cancellations aren't super common, if it’s pouring rain or really windy, they may reschedule. They usually contact you ahead of time to let you know if anything changes. Just stay flexible!

Thinking of gifting the Trees of Many Colors Tour for my parents' anniversary!
My parents love nature and I think they'd really enjoy the Trees of Many Colors Tour in Pigeon Forge. I've read that the tour lasts 5 hours and includes transportation. But I'm curious if anyone has suggestions on the best time in October to go? I want to make sure they see the best colors!
Just got back from the Trees of Many Colors Tour—worth every penny!
Wow, what an experience! The guide was super knowledgeable and we saw some breathtaking views. We went on October 12, and the colors were phenomenal. If you have the chance to do this, don’t hesitate! It’s a full 5 hours but goes by so fast because you’re having so much fun.
