Q&A

Q: Is there a minimum age requirement for the Tulsa Art Deco tour? I want to take my 12-year-old niece.

A: There’s no strict age limit for the Tulsa Art Deco tour! Kids are more than welcome, and many families enjoy the experience together. I'd recommend discussing the walking pace with your niece beforehand to make sure she's up for it, but it should be a fun outing for both of you!

Q: What should we wear for the walking tour? Is it casual or more upscale?

A: Casual wear is totally fine for the walking tour! Just make sure to wear comfortable shoes since you'll be walking quite a bit. Layers are a good idea too, since the weather can get a bit unpredictable in Tulsa!

Q: What if it rains? Do they cancel the tour, or do they have rain plans?

A: If there's light rain, they usually continue the tour, but if it's heavy or severe weather, they might cancel. Always check the weather and their social media for updates. They’re pretty good about rescheduling if something comes up!

Just did the Art Deco tour in Tulsa and it was awesome!

I went on the Tulsa Art Deco and Architecture Walking Tour last weekend and wow, it was really informative! Our guide was super knowledgeable and got us into the Philcade lobby, which was such a treat. The details on the buildings were fascinating, especially the stories behind them. I'm considering gifting this tour to my dad for his birthday since he’s an architecture buff too. Anyone else done it?

Thinking about the Deco tour as a gift—any insights?

I’m looking into gifting the Art Deco tour for my sister's upcoming birthday. She loves history and architecture, but I’m not sure if it’s worth it. What’s the vibe like? Also, how long does the tour actually last? I’d appreciate any pointers!
