Q&A

Q: What’s the age limit for kids to participate in the fly fishing adventure?

A: There's no strict age limit, but it's best for kids aged 8 and up. They need to be able to handle some hiking and enjoy being outdoors. The guides are really good with kids and make sure everyone's safe and having fun. Just make sure they’re comfortable around water!

Q: What should I wear for the Tuolumne fly fishing trip?

A: I'd recommend wearing quick-dry clothing and sturdy shoes or sandals with straps. It can get chilly in the mornings, so layers are key. They provide waders and boots, so you won’t need to buy those! Just bring a hat and sunscreen since you'll be out in the sun a lot.

Q: Can I reschedule if the weather doesn't cooperate for the fishing trip?

A: Yes, absolutely! They understand that weather can be unpredictable. Just give them a call or send an email to reschedule. They’re pretty flexible and want you to have the best experience possible!

Thinking of gifting the Tuolumne fly fishing trip! Any experiences?

I’m considering getting this fly fishing adventure for my dad's birthday. He loves fishing but hasn’t tried fly fishing yet. The 2-day option sounds great. I’m curious if the guides are good with beginners and if the campsite is comfortable for older folks. Would love to hear some experiences!

Just did the Tuolumne Basecamp trip—wow!

I just got back from the 3-day fly fishing adventure, and it was amazing! The views of Yosemite are breathtaking. The guides were super knowledgeable. I learned so much about casting and the food was out of this world. The ribeyes were my favorite! Anyone else have as much fun as I did?
