Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this tour? My daughter's only 8 and I wanna bring her!

A: No age limit, but keep in mind that the tour can be long and might be exhausting for younger kids. They may enjoy the beach stops and iconic sites like the Golden Gate Bridge, but make sure to bring snacks and maybe a tablet for the drive. Just check with the tour provider if they have any specific recommendations for kids.

Q: Can you reschedule if something comes up? What’s the policy?

A: Yes, you can reschedule! Just contact ParkPlace Cali Tours at least 48 hours in advance. They’re pretty flexible as long as it’s not last minute. Just make sure to confirm any new dates since they can get booked up quickly.

Q: What should we wear for this tour? Is it casual or fancy?

A: Casual is the way to go! Think comfy shoes for walking and layers, especially when you get to San Francisco. It can get chilly near the water. You might also want sunglasses for the LA portion because of the sun. Most people were in jeans and t-shirts.

Thinking of gifting the LA to SF tour but unsure!

I'm considering this two-day LA and SF private tour for my brother's birthday. He's a huge fan of the beach and loves photography, so I think he’d enjoy the Malibu and Golden Gate stops. Just worried about the amount of driving in between—anyone have tips for keeping it fun? Also, is the tour really as private as it sounds?

Anyone experienced this tour? How was it?

Just booked the LA to SF tour for me and my best friend. Can’t wait to see the Hollywood Sign and ride the cable car! Just hoping we get to stop at some cute places along the way. How was the experience? Should we bring lunch?
