A: There's no strict age limit, but the tour is generally designed for ages 12 and up. However, many families take kids younger than that, especially if they're adventurous and can handle some longer travel times. Just make sure he can follow guidelines when viewing wildlife, especially the bears!

Q: What should I wear for the whole trip? Is it going to be cold?

A: Definitely layer up! Alaskan weather can change quickly, so pack waterproof gear, thermal layers, and good hiking boots. Don't forget a hat and gloves, too, especially for early mornings and evenings. Bring something breathable for the cruise, as it could get warm out on the water.

Q: How flexible is the schedule if we need to reschedule? What if the weather's bad?
