Q&A

Q: What if it rains on the day of our waterfall swim? Will we get a refund?

A: If it rains, the tour usually goes on unless there's severe weather. They focus on safety first! If they do cancel, you generally get a full refund or can reschedule for another day. Just make sure to call ahead to confirm your options.

Q: Is there an age limit for this experience? Can kids join?

A: Yes, kids are welcome! They typically recommend children be at least 6 years old to participate, and parents need to supervise younger ones. It's a great family-friendly experience!

Q: What should we wear for the waterfall swim? Are water shoes needed?

A: Wear your swimsuit and bring a quick-dry towel. Water shoes are highly recommended since the rocks can be slippery. You’ll be in and out of the water, so something comfy is key!
