Obviously, we have recommendations and favorites, but it's entirely up to you as to which you choose. Each store has SO many options - you may want to plan ahead. You’ll also learn about the Union Square and Greenwich Village neighborhoods as well as the hidden (and not so hidden) donut history of New York City. A: There aren't any age restrictions for the Underground Donut Tour! It's perfect for families, and kids will love picking out their own donuts. Just keep in mind that it’s mostly walking around Union Square and Greenwich Village, so make sure they can handle a bit of strolling. And definitely prepare for some sugary excitement!

Anyone else done the Union Square Donut Tour? What's the best donut spot?

I just went on the Underground Donut Tour in NYC last week with my friends, and it was AMAZING! We hit up five different donut shops around Union Square and Greenwich Village. My favorite was definitely Dough, their hibiscus donut is out of this world. The guides were super knowledgeable too, sharing cool donut history as we walked around. Planning to go again with my kids soon!
