Q&A
A: There's no official age limit, but we recommend kids 10 and up for the scavenger hunt. Younger kids can join but might need some help with the challenges. It's great for family bonding, just make sure to have an adult on the team to help out. Bring some snacks for energy!
A: Definitely wear comfortable shoes since you'll be walking around Antioch! Dress for the weather too, as it can get a bit warm, especially in summer. A light backpack for snacks and water is also a good idea. And maybe something zombie-themed to get into the spirit!
A: Yes, they’re pretty flexible with rescheduling! Just reach out to the Zombie Scavengers team via the app or their website, and they’ll help you find another time. It’s worth checking the forecast before you go! You wouldn’t want to be out there in a downpour.

Just did the Zombie Scavenger Hunt in Antioch - so much fun!
I took my friends to the Zombie Scavenger Hunt last weekend in Antioch, and we had a blast! The app was easy to use, and we loved running around finding survival items. The challenges were hilarious too! I think we ran about 3 miles total and ended up at the lake. Just a heads up, wear comfy shoes and bring water. Totally recommend for group outings!
Thinking of gifting the Zombie Scavenger Hunt - good idea?
My friend loves zombies and scavenger hunts, so I’m considering gifting this experience! Has anyone done it? Is it good for a birthday or just a fun outing? I'm just worried about logistics since it’s in Oakland and I’m in Concord. Any tips?
