This is very much a choose your own adventure day in and around Anchorage, Alaska! We can see and do many of the popular things within driving distance of Anchorage. If you want to do a city tour combined with Potters Marsh Bird Sanctuary and then on to the Tram to the top of Alyeska resort for amazing views, then we can do that. Of if you would like to go see a few of the different cities near Anchorage we go on a city tour, and have lunch in Girdwood, checkout Whittier and go all the way around to Hope, Alaska! This is one of the best ways to truly make your own itinerary and I'll drive and narrate throughout the trip! I have done 100's of tours for multiple companies out here and aim to make your trip enjoyable and memorable! Other options include the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, or hikes near anchorage. (I know a couple great ones!) And so much more!

Q: What’s the best time of year to book this adventure tour?

A: The summer months (June to August) are ideal for this tour since you can enjoy the long daylight hours and mild weather. However, if you want to see the fall colors, September is stunning. Just keep in mind that weather can be unpredictable, so be prepared for anything! Kelley usually has great options year-round.

A: Absolutely! Kelley is super flexible and will help you craft an itinerary based on what you want to see. If you’re unsure, she has great suggestions like the Wildlife Conservation Center or the views from Alyeska Resort. Just chat with her about your interests!

Just got back from the Choose Your Own Adventure tour in Anchorage!

Wow, what an experience! We picked to do the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center and then headed to Alyeska for the tram ride. The views were breathtaking! Kelley was super knowledgeable and made the whole day fun. I seriously recommend this for anyone visiting Anchorage. We had 8 people and it felt intimate and personalized. Can’t wait to go back!
