Q&A

Q: Is there a minimum age requirement for the Upper and Lower Manhattan tour?

A: There isn't a strict minimum age! Kids are welcome, and it's a great way for families to explore NYC together. Just keep in mind that the tour is in Spanish, so it’s good if they understand the language. If you have little ones, bring along snacks and maybe a toy to keep them entertained during the ride.

Q: What if it rains on the day of our tour? Can we reschedule?

A: Yes, if the weather is bad, you can reschedule your tour without any extra fees. Just contact Arcol Travel a day in advance, and they'll help you pick a new date. It’s always good to have flexibility, especially in NYC with its unpredictable weather!

Q: Where does the tour start, and how's parking for those driving in?

A: The tour starts near Central Park, which is a pretty busy area. If you're driving, there are garages nearby, but parking can be pricey! I'd recommend taking public transport if you can. It’s way easier to navigate the city that way!

Thinking about gifting the Upper and Lower Manhattan tour for my parents' anniversary!

I’m considering buying the Upper and Lower Manhattan tour for my parents, who’ve never been to NYC. It's 3.5 hours and it hits all the major spots like Central Park and Chinatown. I love that they have free Wi-Fi in the cars, and the tour ends at the Staten Island ferry, which is cool! Just wondering if other people have done it, and if you think it’s good for older folks?

Just got back from the Upper and Lower Manhattan tour, here’s my review!

Wow, the Upper and Lower Manhattan tour was amazing! We visited so many iconic places in just a few hours, and our guide was super knowledgeable. The Dakota Building and Central Park were my favorites! I loved the tech stops for photos. Ending at the Staten Island ferry was a bonus. The car was really comfortable, and they had Wi-Fi, which was a nice touch. Totally recommend it!
