Q&A

Q: How physically demanding is this trip? My friend isn’t super athletic.

A: This trip is pretty active, especially with the paddling involved. You definitely want to be in decent shape because there are class 4 and 4+ rapids that will require some effort. That said, it's doable for most people who can handle moderate activity. Just make sure your friend is comfortable in water and has some basic stamina!

Q: What happens if the weather's bad? Can you reschedule?

A: If the weather's really bad, they will absolutely reschedule for you. Safety is a priority, so they won’t take you out if conditions are dangerous. Just reach out to them ahead of time, and they’re usually pretty flexible with finding another date that works.

Q: What should I wear for this experience? Is it cold on the water?

A: You'll want to wear something that you don't mind getting wet! A swimsuit or quick-dry clothing is best. It’s about 65-70 degrees in the water, so a wetsuit could be nice if you're sensitive to colder temps. Don’t forget water shoes and maybe a waterproof jacket just in case it gets windy.

Thinking of gifting the Upper Klamath - Hells Corner trip!

Hey everyone! I'm considering giving my brother the Upper Klamath - Hells Corner trip for his birthday. He loves adventure and whitewater rafting. It’s a full-day trip with all meals included. Has anyone done this? I want to make sure it’s worth the price and if it’s suitable for someone who’s never been rafting before.

Just got back from Upper Klamath trip and WOW!

I did the Upper Klamath full-day trip last week and it was incredible! The rapids were thrilling, and the scenery was breathtaking. The guides were super fun, and the lunch was actually really good! Definitely recommend it for anyone, especially if you like a bit of adrenaline. Just be ready to paddle hard and get soaked!
