Q&A
A: There's no official age limit for the Vibrant Vistas tour, but it's really best for those who can walk comfortably for about 2 hours. Kids tend to enjoy it, especially with all the stories about the history and culture of New Orleans. Just keep in mind that it might not hold the attention of very young children for the entire length. If you're bringing kids, make sure they can handle walking and listening for a while!
A: Dress comfortably! You'll be walking a lot, so wear good shoes—sneakers are perfect. The weather can be pretty warm, too, so light clothing is a good call. Sunscreen and a hat are also smart because there’s not much shade while you're touring. And don’t forget your camera for all the amazing photo ops!
A: If it rains, the tour generally goes on unless conditions are severe. The guides are great at adapting the route if needed. Just be prepared with an umbrella or rain jacket if you're worried about a sprinkle. If you really can't make it, you might be able to reschedule, so it’s always best to check with Opatrip directly!

Just went on the Vibrant Vistas tour - what an experience!
I took the Vibrant Vistas tour last weekend, and it was amazing! Our guide was so knowledgeable about the history of the French Quarter, and visiting places like the St. Louis Cathedral was unreal. The walk was easy, but definitely wear comfortable shoes! We got some great views from Washington Artillery Park too. Can't recommend it enough if you're in New Orleans!
