Q&A

Q: Can I reschedule the tour if something comes up?

A: Yes! You can reschedule your tour up to 24 hours in advance without any fees. Just contact the provider directly, and they'll help you out. Keep in mind that if you need to change it last minute, you might not be able to get a refund, so plan ahead!

Q: What are the age limits for the tour? Is this suitable for kids?

A: The tour is great for families! Kids of all ages can join, but children under 5 can go for free with a paying adult. Just keep in mind that it’s a 5-hour activity, so younger kids might get tired. Bring a stroller if necessary!

Q: Do you need to wear anything special for the tour?

A: Comfort is key! Wear comfortable walking shoes since you’ll be on your feet for the walking tour. Dress in layers, too, because you might get hot walking around and then chilly at the Observatory. But no formal attire is needed!

Just did the VIP One World Observatory Tour - What an experience!

I recently took the VIP One World Observatory Tour and it was absolutely amazing! We started on Wall Street and saw the Charging Bull and Ground Zero. Our guide was super knowledgeable and took us through Chinatown and Little Italy, which was such a treat. The highlight was definitely the Observatory though – the views were breathtaking! Totally worth the price. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore NYC!

Thinking about gifting the One World Observatory Tour - any thoughts?

I’m considering getting this tour as a gift for my parents, but I’m unsure if they’ll be able to handle the walking part. They’re in good shape, but 5 hours seems like a long time! Anyone know if there are breaks during the tour?
