Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this walking tour?

A: There's no strict age limit, but I’d say it’s best for kids aged 6 and up. It can be a lot of walking, so younger kids might get tired. Just keep in mind the pace of the tour too, it’s around 3 hours of walking before the zoo!

Q: What should we wear for the walking tour? Is it mostly on pavement?

A: Definitely wear comfy shoes since you'll be walking a lot on sidewalks and some parks. Dress for the weather too! If it's sunny, a hat and sunscreen would be smart. No one wants to burn while checking out the zoo!

Q: If the weather's bad, can you reschedule the tour?

A: Yes! They have a flexible rescheduling policy if the weather's really bad. Just make sure to reach out to them at least 24 hours in advance. They’ll help find a new date that works for you!

Thinking of gifting the Central Park Zoo & Manhattan Walking Tour!

I’m looking at this experience for my sister’s birthday next month! The idea of starting at Wall Street and then seeing the Central Park Zoo sounds amazing. I’m just a bit worried about how tiring it might be for her. She’s not too keen on walking too much. Any feedback from those who've done it?

Just did the Manhattan Walking Tour and it was awesome!

I bought this for myself and I’m so glad I did! The views of iconic spots like Ground Zero and The Charging Bull were incredible. Our guide was super knowledgable too. I loved the Central Park Zoo part as well. It was a much-needed chill after all the walking. Highly recommend it!
