Q&A

Q: What should I wear for the walking tour? Is it casual or do I need to dress up?

A: You can definitely go casual for the walking tour! Comfortable shoes are a must since you’ll be walking a lot. I wore jeans and a tee, and it was perfect. Just check the weather for the day and maybe bring a light jacket if it's windy.

Q: Is there an age limit for this tour? Would it be suitable for kids?

A: Great question! The tour is really family-friendly, and kids usually love it. There’s no specific age limit, but keep in mind that it’s a lot of walking. I took my 10-year-old, and they had a blast! Just make sure they’re up for the walking part.

Q: Can we reschedule if the weather is bad? How does that work?

A: Yes, you can reschedule if the weather doesn’t cooperate! Just reach out to the tour provider, and they’ll help you pick a new date. I had to do this once, and they were super accommodating. Just make sure to check their policy on rescheduling ahead of time.

Just did the Met Museum and NYC Tour – Here’s my experience!

I went on the NYC walking tour last week, and wow, it was amazing! Our guide was super knowledgeable and made the history come alive. We started at Wall St. and saw so many iconic sights like Ground Zero and Times Square. Then we headed to the Met, and I was blown away by the art collections. I spent hours in there! Definitely a great gift for anyone who loves art or NYC.

Thinking of gifting the Met Tour to my parents – worth it?

I’m considering getting the NYC walking tour plus the Met tickets for my parents' anniversary. They’ve always wanted to explore NYC. I’ve been on a few tours, but what do you all think? Is this good for older folks? Any tips?
