I went on the Oregon Coast tour with Wine History Tours last week, and I can't recommend it enough! The transportation was super comfy, and our guide really knew their stuff about the area. The stops were breathtaking, especially at Cannon Beach! Just a heads up, it gets a bit windy, so bring a jacket!
