Q&A

Q: Is there a limit on the age for kids to go on this trip?

A: There’s no specific age limit for kids, but you’ll want to consider how they handle long train rides and theme park days. Most kids love it, but just keep in mind the thrill rides can be intense for younger ones. It's a fun experience for anyone who can enjoy a day at the park!

Q: What happens if it rains in Orlando? Do we get a refund?

A: If it rains, the trip usually goes on as scheduled unless there's severe weather. Universal parks are open rain or shine! Just check the forecast and dress accordingly. No refunds given for weather, but it's still a fun day with plenty of indoor attractions.

Q: Does the train have WiFi for the whole trip?

A: Yes! The Brightline train has free WiFi for the entire journey. It works well, so you can use it to plan your day at Universal or post some pics while you ride! Just be sure to download any important info before you leave, just in case.

Considering the Palm Beach to Universal trip for my friend’s birthday!

Hey all! I'm thinking about getting the W. Palm Beach Day Trip to Universal for my friend’s birthday. I love that it includes train tickets and park access. Has anyone done this? What rides do you think are must-dos for first-timers? The park-to-park option sounds awesome, but is it worth it? Any tips would be great!

Has anyone experienced delays on the Brightline train?

I have a trip booked soon for the Universal Day Trip and I'm a bit nervous about potential train delays. Has anyone had issues with Brightline? Trying to plan our day down to the minute! Thanks!
