We are an Austin, TX-based global custom event design company offering scavenger hunts and other events in 300+ cities in North America and beyond. Our specially hand-crafted adventures are equal parts tour, creative challenge, detective hunt, and social experiment! Guests get to discover in an alternate reality our favorite hidden gems off the beaten trail and creatively interpret fun art, history, and culture clues - for points! They get to enjoy fame and glory while appearing on our website’s international leaderboard, no matter what their score. They get to essentially race other teams in other cities, even if they don’t have competitors who have signed up in their city that day. Q: Is there an age limit for participating in the Wacky Waco Scavenger Hunt?

A: There's no strict age limit, but it's designed for participants 12 and up. Younger kids can join, but I’d recommend having an adult with them to help out with the clues. The hunt can be pretty challenging and it's more fun if they can contribute to the team's efforts.

Q: How does the leaderboard work? Can we play against teams in other cities?

A: The leaderboard is updated live, so you'll see your team's score compared to others in real-time. Even if no one else is in your city that day, you can still compete against teams from anywhere else. It adds a fun competitive twist to the experience! Just keep an eye on your phone for updates.

Q: What do we need to wear for the scavenger hunt? Is it outside, or indoor as well?

A: It's mostly outdoor, so dress comfortably and be ready for some walking! I’d suggest wearing sneakers and checking the weather beforehand. If it rains, you might want to bring a light jacket or umbrella. Definitely bring water to stay hydrated!

I just finished the Wacky Waco Scavenger Hunt and wow, what a fun time! We discovered some quirky spots in Waco that I never knew existed. A few tips: definitely bring a portable charger for your phone since you’ll be using it a lot, and consider going with friends to make the competition more fun. I can’t believe we even got to see our scores on the leaderboard, that was a nice surprise!
