Q&A

Q: Do you need to make a reservation ahead of time for the sunset sail?

A: Yes, you definitely need to make a reservation in advance! It's popular, especially during sunset, so spots fill up quickly. And remember, every guest needs their own ticket, including kids. Just make sure to check in at least 30 minutes before departure to avoid losing your spot.

Q: What happens if it rains during the sunset sail?

A: The sail goes on rain or shine! Just be prepared to get wet. It's actually kind of fun in the rain, and you can still enjoy the sunset if the clouds clear up. Just bring a light jacket in case it gets breezy.

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on the catamaran?

A: There’s no age limit, but they do recommend considering the party atmosphere if you’re bringing kids. Everyone needs their own ticket, regardless of age. So, just make sure they’re okay with the vibe before you book!

Thinking of gifting the Waikiki Beach Sunset Sail!

I’m planning a surprise birthday gift for my partner, and I think the Waikiki Beach Sunset Sail would be perfect! The drinks sound awesome, and who doesn’t love a beautiful sunset? I’m a bit worried about the check-in time though. Is it really strict about being there 30 minutes early? Also, anyone know how rough the seas usually get?

Just came back from the sunset sail—AMAZING!

I just did the Waikiki Beach Sunset Sail last weekend, and wow, it was incredible! The crew was so much fun, and the drinks were flowing. We even saw a green flash at sunset, which was a bonus! Be prepared to get a little wet, but it just added to the experience. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting a chill evening out.
