Q&A

Q: Can you bring your own snacks and drinks on the boat?

A: Yes, absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks on board, which is great if you want to have a picnic while cruising. Just keep in mind that they provide bottled water, so you might want to bring something special if you want a fun drink.

Q: What's the best time of year to see whales on this tour?

A: The best time to see humpback whales is between December and April. During this season, you have a higher chance of spotting them while enjoying the beautiful coastline! But keep in mind sighting isn’t guaranteed since it’s all about nature.

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on the tour?

A: There’s no official age limit, but younger kids might need closer supervision since the boat can rock a bit. It’s usually a family-friendly experience, and kids love seeing the fish through the glass bottom. Just be sure to bring life jackets if they’re small!

Thinking of buying the Glass Bottom Boat Tour as a gift!

I’m considering getting the Waikiki Glass Bottom Boat Tour for my sister’s birthday. She loves the ocean and has never been to Hawaii! It looks like such a fun way to see marine life without getting wet. I read they provide complimentary photos too, which is a great touch! I want to make sure it's good for her though since she's not a strong swimmer. Any thoughts?

Just came back from the Glass Bottom Boat Tour!

Wow, I just got back from the Waikiki Glass Bottom Boat Tour, and it was amazing! The views of the coral reefs were stunning, and we saw these huge turtles! The crew shared cool stories about the history of Waikīkī too. I’d recommend bringing snacks as the hour flies by. Perfect for anyone visiting Oʻahu!
