Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids to join the snorkeling tour?

A: There’s no strict age limit, but they recommend at least 5 years old for safety reasons. Kids should be able to swim and be comfortable in the water. The crew is super helpful with beginners, so it could be great for families, just keep an eye on them!

Q: What's the cancellation policy like? I wanna make sure before gifting this.

A: They typically require a 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid fees. If the weather looks bad, they might cancel and offer rescheduling options. Always good to check directly with them a day or two before your trip!

Q: What should I wear for the snorkeling tour? Any tips?

A: Definitely wear your swimsuit under your clothes. A rash guard is great to avoid sunburn and keep you warm. Don’t forget sunglasses and a hat! It can get hot while you’re waiting to snorkel, so dress light. Flip flops are good for the boat but you might want water shoes if you’re getting in right from the beach!
