Q&A
A: There isn't a strict weight limit per se, but the catamaran does have a maximum capacity for passengers. Just keep in mind that it can get a bit crowded if the boat is full. If you're worried, it might be good to check with Hawaii Nautical directly for any specifics. They’re super helpful and can give you the best info.
A: Honestly, any time is great, but I'd recommend going between April and October for the best chances of clear skies and vibrant sunsets. The weather tends to be more forgiving then. Plus, it gets a little cooler in the evenings, so bring a light jacket just in case!
A: Yes, Hawaii Nautical is usually pretty accommodating. If they need to cancel due to bad weather, they’ll reach out to you to reschedule. If you have a specific date in mind, they can usually work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule.

Just got back from the Signature Sunset Catamaran Sail!
OMG, this was hands down one of the best experiences in Hawaii! The sail left from Waikiki, and we headed toward Diamond Head. The sunset views were insane! I loved the complimentary cocktails and the pupu platter was a nice touch. We even had gluten-free options for snacks, which was super considerate. Can't wait to do this again next time!
Considering the Catamaran Sail for a gift. Thoughts?
I'm thinking about gifting the Waikiki sunset catamaran sail to my partner for our anniversary. The reviews look great! Has anyone done this recently? Are the drink options good? Any tips on booking or what to wear?
