Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the luau, and is it kid-friendly?

A: Yes, the Waikiki Starlight Luau is very family-friendly! There’s plenty for kids to enjoy, including fun activities and a group hula lesson. Kids under 21 can still participate in the luau feast and enjoy the performances, just note that alcoholic beverages are only for 21 and older. Bring the whole family!

Q: What should I wear to the luau? Is it casual?

A: Casual beach attire is perfect for the luau! Think shorts, sundresses, or comfy summer outfits. Since it’s outdoors, I would recommend wearing sandals or flip-flops. Just keep in mind it's under the stars, so maybe bring a light jacket in case it gets cool after dark.

Q: Can you reschedule if the weather is bad?

A: Yes! If the weather doesn't cooperate, they allow for rescheduling. You just need to contact them in advance, and they’ll help you find another date. It’s a good idea to keep an eye on the forecast as your date gets closer!

Just returned from the Waikiki Starlight Luau!

OMG, we just got back from the luau and it was EPIC! The kalua pig was out of this world, and the fire dancers? Pure talent! The whole vibe was so fun and the music just made it even better. If you’re considering it, go for it! You’ll love it!
