Q&A
A: Yes! Kids can absolutely join this experience. They just need to be at least 5 years old to participate. It’s really family-friendly and they provide life jackets for younger swimmers. Just make sure to keep an eye on them while snorkeling, as the ocean can be unpredictable.
A: Definitely wear a swimsuit under your clothes! Most people just wear their swimsuits and maybe a rash guard for sun protection. Water shoes can be helpful too, but not required. I’d recommend bringing a light cover-up for when you’re on the boat since it can get a bit breezy.
A: The provider is pretty flexible! If the weather doesn't cooperate, they’ll contact you to reschedule or offer a refund. It’s worth checking the weather forecast beforehand, though! They usually have a good handle on conditions, but it’s always better to keep an eye out yourself.

Thinking of gifting the Turtle Snorkel & Sail Experience!
I’m planning to surprise my sister with this Turtle Snorkel & Sail experience in Waikiki! She’s always dreamed of swimming with turtles, and this sounds perfect. The Hawea Catamaran looks super nice and the snacks included are a nice touch. Do you think this would be good for someone who's not a confident swimmer? I’m hoping she’ll have a great time!
Just booked the Turtle Snorkel & Sail for my family!
So excited! Just booked our spots for the Turtle Snorkel and Sail on the Hawea Catamaran! We’re going next month and I can’t wait to swim with the turtles. I’ve heard the views of Diamond Head are stunning from the catamaran too. I’m hoping the kids enjoy it as much as I will. Any tips on what to bring?
