Q&A
A: Definitely wear a swimsuit and maybe a light cover-up, since you might get wet! Water shoes or sandals with straps are great too. It's perfect for beginners— the crew provides a safety briefing and they’re super helpful, so don't worry if you've never snorkeled before.
A: Kids are welcome, but they should be at least 5 years old to snorkel safely. The crew can help little ones who aren't quite ready yet, so it's a great family outing if your kids meet the age requirement!
A: Parking is pretty straightforward; there's a lot near the bay. I’d suggest getting there at least 30 minutes early to find a good spot and check in with the crew. The catamaran leaves on time, so don't risk being late!

Just got back from the Turtle Catamaran Snorkel Sail - what a blast!
We just did the Waikoloa Turtle Catamaran Snorkel Sail and it was incredible! The crew on the Spirit of Aloha was super friendly and helpful. We saw a bunch of Hawaiian green sea turtles and the coral reefs were gorgeous. The snacks and tropical drinks after snorkeling were a nice touch too. If you're looking for a perfect gift for someone or just a great experience, I highly recommend this!
Thinking of gifting the Turtle Catamaran experience! Any thoughts?
I'm considering getting the Waikoloa Turtle Catamaran Snorkel Sail as a gift for my brother's birthday. He loves the ocean but is a bit hesitant about snorkeling. Is this experience suitable for someone who's never done it before? Also, how’s the crew with beginners?
