Q&A
A: There's no strict age limit for the Twin Palms tour, but I’d say it’s best suited for older kids and adults since it’s a walking tour and lasts about 2 hours. Younger kids might get restless. Just keep in mind that the tour doesn't have restrooms available, so plan ahead if you're bringing little ones.
A: Definitely dress for the heat! Lightweight, breathable clothes are a must, along with comfy walking shoes since you'll be on your feet for a while. A hat and sunglasses are also great to protect you from the sun. Don't forget to bring bottled water because you won't have access to restrooms or water during the tour.
A: Yes, you can reschedule if needed! Just reach out to Douglas, the guide, as soon as possible to let him know. He’s pretty flexible, but just make sure to do it ahead of time so you don’t miss out. It's a popular tour, so dates can fill up fast.

Just did the Twin Palms tour and it was amazing!
I recently took the Twin Palms tour in Palm Springs and wow, it was such a unique experience! The guide, Douglas, was super knowledgeable about the history of the area and the mid-century modern architecture is stunning. We saw homes of famous people like Debbie Reynolds and Ray Bradbury. Just a heads up, it was hot, so bring water and wear comfy shoes! Highly recommend it for anyone who loves architecture or history!
Thinking of getting the Twin Palms tour as a gift!
I'm considering this walking tour for my parents' anniversary. They love architecture and Palm Springs. But I’m a bit worried about them keeping up if it’s too hot. Anyone have experience with this? How was the walking? Also, do you think they’d enjoy it?
