NEW: For a special treat, book my new Sunset tour offered at 6 pm on Saturday, and watch the sun set and Manhattan skyline come alive. All tours are delivered in English, and by the proprietor Scott, and feature small groups. Enjoy a 3-hour, 3-mile stroll with a 30-year resident of Brooklyn. I'll lead you to the most picturesque photo ops and find corners that only a local would know. Learn about the history of the people, eras, and technology that defined Brooklyn's rise. We'll pass by the homes of some very famous stars of TV and film, as well as through shoot locations you will almost certainly recognize from popular TV and films. You'll end up in NYC's hottest neighborhood, Dumbo, home of NYC's best pizza. Make time for lunch and, during warm-weather weekends, to browse Brooklyn Flea for a bespoke, vintage souvenir. This is a walking version of my popular, five-star rated bike tour, also listed on Viator.

Q&A

Q: Is there a minimum age requirement for the walking tour?

A: There isn't a strict age requirement, but I’d recommend it for ages 10 and up since it’s a 3-hour walking tour. Younger kids might get tired, especially with the pace. It’s a pretty engaging experience, and Scott does a great job of keeping it fun!

Q: What should we wear? Is it all outdoors?

A: Definitely dress for comfort! It’s mostly outdoor, so sneakers are a must. Bring a light jacket if you’re going for the sunset tour, as it can get chilly by the water. Also, don’t forget your sunglasses for those photo ops with the skyline!

Q: Can we reschedule if the weather's bad?

A: Yes! Scott is really flexible with rescheduling due to weather. Just reach out to him, and he’ll help you find another date. He wants everyone to have a great experience, so he’s understanding!

Just did Scott's Brooklyn Bridge walking tour - here's my take!

I went on the sunset walking tour last Saturday, and wow, it was amazing! Scott knows all the best spots for photos, and you get a unique view of the skyline as the sun goes down. I especially loved hearing the stories about Brooklyn’s history. Plus, ending in Dumbo was a treat—grabbed some pizza after! Highly recommend this as a gift for anyone who loves to explore NYC!

Considering gifting the Brooklyn Bridge tour, any advice?

I’m thinking about getting this walking tour for my sister’s birthday. She loves NYC but hasn’t really explored Brooklyn much. Is it worth it? Like, do you think she’d enjoy the history part? Just wanna make sure it’s a solid gift.
