Q&A
A: There's no specific age limit, but keep in mind that it's a walking tour, so younger kids might get tired. I took my 10-year-old and he loved the Cable Car ride and the cool stories about the Gold Rush! Just make sure they can walk for about 2 hours without complaining too much. 😊
A: They do try to go rain or shine, but if the weather is really bad, they might reschedule. I recommend checking the forecast a day or two before your tour. And if it does get canceled, they’ll work with you to find a new date that works!
A: Comfortable shoes are a must since you’ll be walking on some inclines. Dress in layers! It can get chilly up there, especially in the evening. I wore a light sweater and was glad I did for the sunset at the Top of the Mark.

Just did the Nob Hill walking tour and WOW!
I just got back from the Nob Hill tour led by Michael. The Cable Car ride was super fun, and the history he shared was really interesting. The French-Gothic Cathedral was stunning, and ending the tour at Top of the Mark for sunset photos was the cherry on top! I highly recommend it for anyone who loves city history and beautiful views. Prices are great too!
Thinking about gifting the Nob Hill tour to my parents!
Has anyone done this with older folks? My parents are in their late 60s and I think they'd love the history, but I'm worried about the walking part. Any thoughts on that? Also, how was the photo experience?
