Just did the moonlight E-Cart tour! Here’s my experience!

I took the Washington DC Monuments & History Guided Moonlight Tour last weekend, and it was awesome! The E-Cart was so much fun to ride in, and our guide shared tons of fascinating stories about each monument. We even had time for questions, which I loved.
