Q&A
A: There’s no specific age limit for kids on the Open Air Minibus Guided Tour, but they usually recommend it for ages 6 and up. Younger kids might get bored since it’s a lot of history. Plus, everything is outside, so be sure to keep an eye on them. Families have often brought strollers for younger ones, but be aware of crowded areas.
A: If it rains, the tour does go on, but they do have a policy to reschedule if it gets too severe. You can call customer service to change your date if you're not up for it. Just be sure to check the weather beforehand and plan accordingly!
A: Casual is definitely the way to go! Comfort is key since you’ll be sitting for a while and walking a bit as well. Dress in layers, especially if you’re going in the evening when it cools down. And don’t forget comfy shoes; you might want to hop off and explore some sites.

Considering the Open Air Minibus Tour for my family!
Hey everyone! I’m thinking about gifting my family the Washington DC Open Air Minibus Guided Tour. I’ve heard great things about it, especially how you get to see all the monuments without the hassle of walking too much. My kids are 8 and 12, so I think they’d love the history aspect. Has anyone done this? Any must-know tips?
Just did the Open Air Tour and loved it!
Just got back from the Washington DC Open Air Minibus Guided Tour! It was amazing! We saw everything from the Capitol to the Lincoln Memorial, and the guide had some hilarious stories. I recommend going at dusk; the monuments look stunning with the lights. Don’t forget your camera!
