Q&A
A: There’s no strict age limit for the Political Scandals and True Crime tour, but it’s generally recommended for ages 12 and up since some of the themes might be a bit intense for younger kids. If you're bringing teens, they'll definitely enjoy the drama of it all, especially with the visits to places like the Watergate Hotel!
A: Dress in layers! DC nights can get chilly, especially if you’re outside at places like the Kennedy Center rooftop. A light jacket or sweater might be good. Comfortable shoes are a must too since you might be walking a bit, and you don’t want to miss the sights!
A: Parking can be tricky in DC, especially near popular spots like the National Mall. I recommend using public transport if you can. If you must drive, look for parking garages near your starting point. The tour usually meets at a central location, so you might find street parking, but it’s hit or miss!

Just did the Political Scandals Tour and WOW!
I went on the Washington DC Political Scandals and True Crime tour last weekend, and it was better than I expected! Our guide was super knowledgeable and made the stories come alive. Visiting the Watergate was surreal, and the rooftop at the Kennedy Center had the best views. Just a heads up, wear comfy shoes since we walked quite a bit. Totally recommend it for anyone who loves history or just wants a fun night out!
