Q&A
A: Yes, teens are welcome! Most guides recommend that participants be at least 14 years old. They should also be in good physical shape since this is a pretty intense outdoor experience. Just make sure they’re comfortable with heights and rappelling!
A: You really just need some comfortable outdoor clothes that you can move in! Wear athletic shoes with good grip. They provide all the canyoneering gear, like harnesses and helmets, so just focus on dressing for the weather. Waterproof layers can be a good idea if there's rain forecasted.
A: If the weather looks unsafe, they'll reschedule the adventure for you! They take safety seriously, so it's better to wait for a clear day. They usually give you options for the next available dates, and you can choose what works best for you.

Thinking of gifting the Waterfall Canyoneering Adventure – any tips?
I'm considering gifting the Waterfall Canyoneering Adventure in Seattle for my best friend’s birthday. She loves the outdoors but has never done anything like this. Should I be worried about her being a beginner? How’s the overall vibe? Any tips would help!
Just completed the Waterfall Canyoneering Adventure – amazing experience!
Wow, I just got back from the Waterfall Canyoneering Adventure and it was beyond what I expected! The views in the North Cascades are stunning, and the guides were fantastic at teaching us how to rappel. I’ve done some hiking but this was a whole new level of fun! Highly recommend it for anyone who loves a challenge. Worth every penny!
