Q&A
A: There’s no strict weight limit, but they do recommend being in reasonable shape to get in and out of the raft easily. It’s a chill float, so as long as you can safely get on and off, you should be fine! It’s meant for families and kids, so it shouldn’t be too strenuous.
A: Definitely wear a swimsuit underneath! The wetsuits they provide are great for keeping warm, but it can still get a bit chilly depending on the weather. I’d also recommend water shoes since there are some rocky spots along the shore. No flip-flops though—they can come off easily!
A: Yes! River Recreation is great about rescheduling for weather. If it’s unsafe or too rainy, you can easily move your date. Just make sure to give them a call or email as soon as you know. They’re pretty flexible as long as you reach out ahead of time!

Thinking about the Wenatchee River Float Trip for my kids' birthdays!
I'm really considering the Wenatchee River Family Float Trip as a birthday gift for my kids. They’re 7 and 9, and I love how it’s a safe, fun way to enjoy the river without worrying about rapids. I’ve heard the guides are super friendly and the scenery is amazing! I want it to be memorable. What do you guys think? Anyone been on it recently?
