A: Definitely dress in layers! It can get a bit windy up there, especially at altitude. I'd recommend a light jacket or sweater to keep you comfortable. Also, don't forget sunglasses – the glare from the sun can be strong when you're up in the air!
A: Yes, there is a maximum combined weight limit of 400 lbs for the two passengers. Just make sure to check your weights before booking! If you're near that limit, it’s best to contact the provider to see if they have any recommendations.

Just did the biplane ride over Galveston - WOW!
I just got back from the West End Tour on the open cockpit biplane, and it was absolutely amazing! The view of the beaches and homes was breathtaking, plus flying in that vintage Waco was a blast. Highly recommend it as a unique gift! We were in the air for about 18 minutes and it felt like a dream. Just remember, it can be a bit windy, so dress accordingly!
Considering the West End Biplane Ride for a gift - thoughts?
I’m looking into the biplane ride in Galveston as a gift for my dad who loves flying. It sounds super fun, but is it really worth it? Anyone done it? What was the experience like? Looking for pros and cons!
