Q&A

Q: Are there any age restrictions for the horseback ride?

A: Yes, kids must be at least 7 years old to ride on their own. If they're younger, they can ride with an adult. Just make sure they’re comfortable around horses! Also, keep in mind that there’s a weight limit of about 250 lbs per rider.

Q: What happens if it rains on the tour date?

A: The tour operates in light rain, but if there’s a heavy downpour, they will reschedule your ride. It’s always best to check the weather forecast ahead of time! They’re pretty flexible with rescheduling if needed.

Q: What should I wear for the horseback ocean tour?

A: Definitely wear long pants and closed-toe shoes, preferably boots if you have them. You might also want a light jacket for the higher elevations because it can be cooler there. Don't forget sunscreen and sunglasses too!

Anyone been on this waterfall horseback tour in Maui?

I'm thinking of gifting the West Maui Mountain Waterfall and Ocean Tour to my girlfriend for her birthday. It sounds amazing with the waterfalls and ocean views! How's the experience overall? Did you get to run your horse? Would love to hear any tips!

Is this tour suitable for beginners?

I have no horseback riding experience, but I really want to try this tour. Is it beginner-friendly? I’m worried about being able to keep up or if it's too hard.
