Haunted Manhattan offers the spookiest, most accurate, and FUN ghost tours in New York! The West Village has been "Little Bohemia" for over 100 years, and the hang-out of artists and writers for even longer. Our Poet, Vinny, knows all the best stories of history, hauntings, and extraordinary encounters with the beyond… They'll take you to 13 haunted locations, sharing tales from a pesky poltergeist who likes to play with fire, to a chilling encounter with Edgar Allan Poe, to a dead speakeasy owner who’s not ready to let go of her enterprise. Vinny will make your walk through one of the city’s hottest neighborhoods into a chilling experience. A historical, hilarious, and completely hair-raising experience, Haunted Manhattan will show you the greatest city there is, like you’ve never seen it before.

Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the West Village Haunted Tour?

A: There’s no strict age limit, but it’s recommended for guests 12 and up due to some spooky themes. Younger kids might enjoy it, but they may get scared at some of the ghost stories. If you’re thinking about taking younger children, it might be good to ask them if they’re okay with spooky stuff first!

Q: What should I wear for the tour? Is it outdoors?

A: Definitely wear comfortable walking shoes since you'll be strolling through the West Village. It’s outdoors, so check the weather – if it’s chilly, layers are a must! Vinny often makes it fun, so you could even go for a spooky-themed outfit if you’re feeling festive!

Q: What if the weather is bad? Do they cancel the tour?

A: If the weather is really bad, they usually reschedule the tour for a later date. It’s a good idea to call ahead if you're worried about rain or snow. Otherwise, bring an umbrella and embrace the spooky vibe – it might even make it more fun!

Thinking of gifting the West Village Haunted Tour! Any tips?

I'm considering this tour for my friend's birthday. She loves spooky stuff and NYC, so it seems perfect. I'm a bit worried about the logistics though. How's parking in the area? Also, is it really as fun as it sounds? Any personal experiences?

Just got back from the West Village Haunted Tour and WOW!

I went on the tour last weekend and it was beyond what I expected! Vinny's stories were hilarious and creepy at the same time. I loved the stop at Edgar Allan Poe’s old hangout. Definitely a unique way to experience NYC! Highly recommend it!
