A: Yes, there is an age limit. Kids must be at least 6 years old to ride. It's also important they can sit still during the flight. But I took my 8-year-old, and they loved it! Just keep an eye on the weather since they won't fly if it's too windy.
A: Dress in layers! It can be chilly in the early morning but warms up once you’re up in the air. Sturdy shoes are a must, and I’d avoid anything too loose that could get caught in the balloon's equipment. A hat is a good idea too since it can get windy up there!
A: Weather can be unpredictable, especially in the Black Hills. If they have to cancel because of conditions, they'll usually reschedule you for another date. Just make sure to check their cancellation policy when booking, and stay flexible with your plans!

OMG, the experience was incredible! We went just after sunrise and the views of the Black Hills were breathtaking. It was smooth sailing most of the time, though I was a bit nervous at first. The team was super friendly and the post-flight refreshments really topped off the experience. Definitely recommend!
