Q&A
A: You're gonna want to wear a swimsuit for snorkeling, of course! But I’d also recommend bringing a light cover-up or rash guard to protect against the sun. Don’t forget sunscreen—it can get really hot on the water. And wear comfy shoes if you plan to move around the boat!
A: No strict age limits, but kids must be at least 8 years old to snorkel. Younger kids can still join the tour but won’t be able to snorkel. The staff will provide life vests for everyone, which is great for safety. Just check with them if you have really little ones with you.
A: If the weather’s not safe for the tour, they’ll usually reschedule you for another day or issue a refund if you can’t make it. Just keep an eye on the forecast leading up to your trip! They’re really good about communicating any changes.

Considering gifting the whale & dolphin watching tour!
I'm thinking of getting this whale & dolphin watching and turtle snorkeling experience for my girlfriend's birthday. The tour sounds amazing, especially since it's on Oahu's west coast. I've read about the humpbacks and dolphins being super active this time of year. Does anyone have tips for making the most of it, or what to expect? She's gonna freak out with excitement!
Just did the tour and it was incredible!
I went on this whale watching and snorkeling tour last week, and it was honestly one of the best experiences ever! The catamaran was super comfortable, and we saw so many whales. The snorkeling with turtles part was just magical. I highly recommend it! Only thing is, don’t forget to wear a rash guard—it gets chilly in the water after a bit.
