Q&A
A: Definitely dress in layers! It can get pretty chilly on the water, especially with the wind. I’d recommend a warm jacket, a hat, and maybe even gloves for the ride. Also, non-slip shoes are a must since the deck can be slippery. It'll make your experience much more comfortable!
A: No age restrictions! Kids are welcome aboard, but it’s good to keep in mind that younger kids might need supervision. It’s a great family activity! Just make sure to bring snacks if you have little ones with you, since the trip can last a few hours.
A: Yes, you can definitely reschedule if the weather is bad! They usually notify you ahead of time if conditions aren't suitable for sailing. Just make sure to check their rescheduling policy on the website. The customer service is super helpful too!

Thinking about booking the whale watching tour for my dad's birthday!
Hey everyone! I'm looking at getting my dad a whale watching tour in Monterey for his birthday. He’s always been fascinated by marine life. I heard Chris' Fishing Trips is really reputable. Anyone been on this tour? What’s the best time of year to go? Any tips would be great!
Help! I’m nervous about going on the whale watching tour!
So I booked this tour but I’m worried about getting seasick. I’ve never been on a boat for long. Is it really that rocky? How can I prepare? I really want to see the whales!
