Q&A
A: Yes, kids need to be at least 6 years old to join the family raft trip. It’s a great way to introduce them to rafting! Just make sure they can fit into the provided life jackets. You’ll have a blast on the waves!
A: Definitely wear a swimsuit or quick-dry clothing. You’ll get soaked! A pair of water shoes is also a good idea because the riverbed can be rocky. Don’t forget a towel and a change of clothes for after the trip!
A: Yes, you can reschedule! If the conditions are deemed unsafe for rafting, the company will reach out to you to arrange a new date. They’re really flexible about it, so don’t worry!

Thinking about gifting whitewater rafting in Jackson Hole for my family!
I’m planning to buy this family standard raft experience for my kids and parents. It sounds so exciting, especially since they mention hitting the big waves like Kahuna. I really want to make some fun memories together. Has anyone done this before? What was your experience like? Did you feel safe with the guides?
Just came back from the whitewater rafting experience!
Wow, we had such a blast in Jackson Hole! The family raft was perfect for us. My 8-year-old loved paddling in the middle, and even though I got soaked, it was totally worth it! Kahuna was a crazy ride! Highly recommend it for families!
