Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the Yukon Tour? Can kids join?

A: There's no strict age limit for the Yukon Tour, and kids are definitely welcome! Families often take this tour, and it's a great way for kids to learn about the area. Just keep in mind that it's a long day, so consider how your little ones handle that. There are several stops with great views and places to stretch their legs.

Q: What should we wear for the Yukon Tour? Any recommendations?

A: Dress in layers! The weather in the Yukon can change quickly. I recommend wearing a moisture-wicking base layer and bringing a waterproof jacket just in case. Don’t forget comfortable shoes, as you’ll want to hop out for photos and walks at various stops.

Q: How do we handle crossing the border into Canada? Do we need anything special?

A: You’ll need a valid passport to cross into Canada, so keep that handy! If you're a foreign traveler, make sure you check your visa or entry requirements too. The tour guides are super helpful and will guide you through the process, so don't stress too much about it. Just arrive early!

Thinking of gifting the Yukon Tour - any advice?

I’m considering giving my parents the Wild Adventure Yukon Tour as a gift! They love nature and photography. I’ve read there are amazing stops at Emerald Lake and the Carcross Desert, which sounds perfect for photo ops. But, how’s the food? Is the BBQ lunch really good?

Just got back from the Yukon Tour and wow!

I just did the Wild Adventure Yukon Tour last week and it was phenomenal! From the stunning views at Pitchfork Falls to the BBQ lunch at Caribou Crossing, every moment was just magical. The tour guide shared so many interesting facts about the landscape and wildlife. If you’re on the fence about it, just go for it!
