Q&A

Q: Are there any age limits for kids on this dolphin swim tour?

A: There are no strict age limits for the dolphin swim, but they do recommend that kids be at least 5 years old to fully enjoy the experience. Also, younger children need to be accompanied by an adult. It’s a family-friendly tour designed for all ages, just make sure everyone is comfortable in the water!

Q: What should I wear for this wild dolphin swim experience?

A: Wear a swimsuit and maybe a rash guard if you're sensitive to the sun. They provide snorkeling gear, but you might want to bring your own if you have a preferred fit. Don’t forget a towel and sunscreen! It's best to wear something comfortable that you can easily move in since you'll be swimming.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the tour?

A: If the weather conditions aren't safe for the tour, they will reschedule your outing to another date or give you a full refund. They’re very focused on safety and work with real-time ocean conditions, so you won’t be put in a risky situation.

Just got back from the Wild Dolphin Swim and it was AMAZING!

I took the 7 am tour with Wild Side Specialty Tours in Oahu last week, and wow, what an experience! There were only 8 of us on the boat, so it felt super personal. We swam with wild dolphins and even got to see a turtle! The guides were so knowledgeable about the marine life. I really loved that they tailored the trip based on where the animals were. Highly recommend for anyone considering this as a gift!

Thinking about gifting the Dolphin Swim to my partner!

I’m considering this wild dolphin swim experience for my partner’s birthday. They love ocean life and photography. Does anyone know if the guides are okay with you taking pictures while swimming? Any tips for making it a special day?
