Q&A

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the wine tour?

A: Their policy is pretty flexible! If the weather is really bad, they'll try to reschedule your tour for a different day. Just make sure to call them as soon as you can. I went in the spring and it rained, but we still had a great time indoors at some of the tasting rooms. Just dress in layers, you never know!

Q: Is there an age limit for this wine tour? Can kids come along?

A: Yes, there’s an age limit. Kids can join you on the tour, but they won’t be able to participate in the wine tasting part. Just let your guide know ahead of time, and they might have some goodies for the little ones. It’s a great family outing as long as you keep that in mind!

Q: How do the pick-up and drop-off arrangements work for the wine tour?

A: They offer pick-up from certain hotels in Portland, which is super convenient! Just make sure you specify your hotel while booking. If you’re not at a participating hotel, you can arrange to meet at a designated spot downtown. They’ll drop you off right after the tour, so no worries about transportation!

Thinking about gifting the Willamette Valley wine tour! Any tips?

Hey everyone! I’m looking to gift this Willamette Valley wine tour to my parents for their anniversary. They love wine and have never been to Oregon. I’m a bit worried about the logistics – how does the pick-up work, and will they be able to enjoy the tour without feeling rushed? Any advice or experiences would be appreciated!

Just got back from the Willamette Valley wine tour—wow!

I just did the Willamette Valley wine tour last weekend, and it was AMAZING! We visited three vineyards, and the scenery was just breathtaking. The guide was super knowledgeable and the wine was out of this world. Make sure to wear comfy shoes because you might do a bit of walking. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun day out!
