Q&A

Q: What should I wear for the Winter Hike and Snowga in Park City? Is layering really necessary?

A: Definitely layer up! It can get chilly, but once you start moving, you'll warm up pretty quick. I recommend moisture-wicking base layers, a good insulated jacket, and maybe a windbreaker on top. Don't forget warm socks and gloves. You'll also want a hat to keep your head warm during Snowga.

Q: Is this a good experience for kids? What age range would you recommend?

A: It's definitely family-friendly! Kids around 8 and up usually enjoy it, especially if they're into outdoor activities. The hike can be challenging but manageable for most, and the Snowga part is a fun way to relax at the top. Just be sure they can handle the cold and stay active!

Q: What happens if the weather is bad? Do they cancel or reschedule the hike?

A: They do monitor the weather closely. If conditions are unsafe, they usually postpone or cancel the hike and offer to reschedule. I recommend checking in with them the day before to confirm everything's good to go. They’re super accommodating!

Thinking of gifting the Winter Hike and Snowga Experience!

I’m considering gifting the Winter Hike and Snowga in Park City to my sister for her birthday! I love that it includes hot beverages and the yoga part sounds unique. Has anyone done it recently? What should I know? How tough is the hike?

Anyone else have a great time with Snowga?

I went on the Winter Hike and Snowga last month, and wow! What an experience! The hike was invigorating, and Snowga at the top with that view was surreal. They provide mats and hot cocoa, which was a nice touch. Would love to hear if anyone else loved it as much as I did!
