Q&A

Q: What's the age limit for this kayaking experience?

A: The tour is suitable for ages 5 and up! Kids under 5 should sit in a double kayak with an adult. Just keep in mind that younger kiddos might need some extra help paddling. So, make sure they're comfortable in the water, just in case!

Q: If it rains, do we get a refund or reschedule?

A: Great question! If the weather looks bad, the team will contact you to reschedule or refund. It's best to check the forecast before heading out. They’re really flexible, so you should be fine!

Q: What should I wear for the kayak tour?

A: Dress comfortably! I recommend a swimsuit or quick-dry clothes. Bring a hat and sunscreen since it can get pretty sunny out there. Water shoes are a smart choice too, but flip-flops might not work well when you're paddling!

Looking for a unique gift? This clear kayak tour is awesome!

Hey everyone! I just got back from the Winter Park Chain of Lakes kayak tour and it was such a blast! The clear kayaks are super cool and you really get to see everything underwater. Our guide was knowledgeable and made the whole experience fun. We saw tons of birds and beautiful houses along the way. I’m thinking of gifting this experience to my parents for their anniversary. What do you all think?

Is the Winter Park kayak tour good for beginners?

I'm not really a kayaking pro, and I’m considering this clear kayak tour. Do you think it’s beginner-friendly? I don’t want to embarrass myself! Would love to hear if anyone here is a newbie that tried it.
