Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this tour?

A: There’s no strict age limit, but they recommend kids be at least 6 years old so they can enjoy the experience without getting overwhelmed. Just keep in mind that some hikes may be a bit challenging for younger ones. If your kid is adventurous, they’ll likely have a blast! Also, be ready with layers since it can get chilly.

Q: What should I wear for comfort on the tour?

A: Definitely wear layers! Mornings can be cold, but it warms up by noon. I’d suggest hiking boots, comfy socks, and breathable pants. And don’t forget a hat and sunscreen—those reflections off the snow can be intense! Also, pack a light jacket just in case it rains.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad? Do they cancel?

A: They run rain or shine, but if conditions are really dangerous, they may reschedule. You’ll get a call or email ahead of time if there’s an issue. Just be flexible—it's all about safety! They’ve got a great cancellation policy too, so you won’t lose your money easily.

Thinking of booking the Yellowstone Full-Day Upper Loop with Wildlife Adventure!

Hey everyone! I'm considering gifting this full-day wildlife tour out of Gardiner, MT for my sister’s birthday. The fact that they provide lunch and binoculars is awesome. Has anyone done this? I’m curious about how close you actually get to the wildlife. Also, are the guides really knowledgeable? Any tips would be appreciated!

Just got back from the Wildlife Adventure tour—so good!

I just finished the Yellowstone Full-Day Upper Loop tour and wow, it was amazing! Our guide was so passionate and shared tons of cool facts about the animals. We had bison walking within feet of us! Plus, the lunch they provided was really tasty. It’s a full day but totally worth it. Highly recommend for anyone considering it as a gift!
