Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for kids on this hiking tour?

A: There's no strict age limit, but the tour is really best for kids aged 8 and up since the hikes can be a bit challenging depending on the route. It's definitely doable for younger kids if they're active and up for adventure! Just make sure to check with the guides about your specific needs.

Q: What should I wear for the hiking tour? Any tips?

A: You’ll want to wear layered clothing since it can get chilly in the morning and warm up later. Sturdy hiking shoes are a must—definitely no flip-flops! Also, bring a hat and sunglasses because you’ll be outside a lot. Oh, and don’t forget sunscreen!

Q: What’s the chance of wildlife sightings? Is it worth it?

A: The chances are pretty high! The guides know the best spots and times to see animals. I saw bison, a grizzly from a distance, and even some elk! It’s definitely worth it if you love wildlife—just be ready with your camera!

Thinking of gifting the Yellowstone Hidden Gems Tour! Any thoughts?

I'm considering this hiking tour as a gift for my parents who love nature but aren't super experienced hikers. They want to see wildlife! How strenuous are the hikes? And should I just get them the full day package? Any tips would be appreciated!
