Q&A
A: There's no strict age limit for Yoga at the Cabildo! It's open to everyone, but I’d recommend it for teens and adults since the poses can get a bit challenging. If you're bringing kids, just check with the instructor on the day to see if they're okay to join in. It's really a great way to introduce them to yoga in a beautiful setting!
A: If the weather's bad, the class may be canceled, but usually they try to move indoors if possible. You can check their social media or website for updates on cancellations. If you book a spot and it's canceled, they’ll typically allow you to reschedule for another date. Just keep an eye on the forecast ahead of time!
A: Comfy athletic wear is best! I usually go with breathable leggings and a tank top. Just make sure your clothes allow for movement since some poses can be pretty stretchy. Also, since it's sometimes cooler in the morning, bringing a light sweater might help. No shoes are required, just bring some water!

Anyone else done Yoga at the Cabildo? What was it like?
I just did the Yoga at the Cabildo experience last Saturday and wow, it was amazing! The setting is just perfect with the Spanish architecture and the view of Jackson Square. I felt so relaxed afterward. The mats they provide are a nice bonus. I’m thinking of gifting this to a friend for her birthday! Anyone have tips on the best time to book?
Thinking of joining Yoga at the Cabildo for the first time!
I’m new to yoga, but I’ve heard great things about the Yoga at the Cabildo experience. The location looks stunning, and it’s free, which is amazing! I’m a little nervous about being a beginner though. Should I go? Are the instructors helpful?
