Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for the yoga classes at Forsyth Park?

A: No age limit! The yoga classes are friendly for all ages and levels. It’s a great way for families to bond, and KTO Yoga Surf is pretty accommodating. Just make sure everyone is comfortable and ready to participate at their own pace.

Q: What’s the best time of day to take the class? Is it crowded?

A: The mornings around 8 AM are ideal; the park is peaceful and there’s less foot traffic. I’ve gone several times and it’s really relaxed, usually about 10-15 people max.

Q: What should I wear for the outdoor yoga class?

A: Light, breathable clothing is key! I usually wear yoga pants and a tank top, but anything comfortable that allows you to move is great. Don’t forget sunscreen if it’s sunny!

Thinking about gifting a yoga class in Forsyth Park!

I’m considering getting my sister a yoga experience at Forsyth Park. She loves yoga but has only done indoor classes. I think the outdoor vibe will be awesome! I saw it’s an hour long and they provide mats. Can anyone share their experience? How was the instructor?

Just finished my first yoga class at Forsyth Park!

I had my first class today and it was incredible! The setting is beautiful, and I found it so peaceful. The instructor was really helpful, especially since I’m a beginner. Definitely recommend bringing your own water though!
