Q&A
A: Definitely pack layers! It can get really cold, especially at night. I'd recommend a warm jacket, thermal layers, gloves, a beanie, and comfy waterproof boots. You might also want to bring some hot drink options for while you’re outside exploring. Trust me, you'll thank yourself when you're hiking in the snow!
A: There's no strict age limit, but it’s best suited for kids who are at least 6 years old. They should be able to handle the cold and enjoy some hiking or snow activities. Just keep an eye on them, especially on the ice! Also, some parents bring sleds for younger kids, which can be fun in the snow.
A: Yes, you can usually reschedule, but it's best to give them at least 48 hours notice. Just contact their customer service right away, and they’ll help you out. I had to change mine last minute due to a family issue, and they were super accommodating!

Thinking about gifting the Yosemite winter tour - any tips?
I’m looking at this 2-day winter tour from San Francisco to Yosemite and I think it would be an amazing gift for my partner. The idea of staying in Yosemite Valley Lodge sounds so cozy, and I can’t wait to see the frozen waterfalls! Has anyone done this? What should I definitely not miss while we’re there?
Just got back from the Yosemite tour and WOW
I just finished the 2-day Yosemite winter tour and I can’t recommend it enough! The scenery was unreal with all the snow. The lodge was super comfy, and the guided tour was informative but not overwhelming. We even had time to snowshoe and it was a blast! Perfect for anyone who loves nature or needs a little winter getaway.
